In Person Treatments
I offer a limited number of in person sessions each week. I work in the vale of Glamorgan, but if you are not local distant sessions are just as affective.
Each session lasts around 1 hour with plenty of time to chat and talk through your treatment and experiences after.
Initial appointments also include extra time before to chat about your individual needs.
The treatments I offer are,
~ Reiki/energy healing
~ Crystal Therapy
~ Reflexology
I often work with Reiki/energy healing alongside crystals and sometimes with sound using tuning forks. So if you want to combine those different elements I am happy to do so, we can chat about what calls to you before your session.
